Alright, let’s give this thing a go!

I just hit 30 this year and I’m really noticing my body beginning to change. But, I’m ready to take action and get back in control of my weight and physique. I’m hoping to shed 35lbs and get this body toned back up.

I’ve been vegan for about a year now, and am still just trying to find that healthy balance of carb/protein intake and eating as clean as possible. I’m mostly eating raw, but cook some veggie/rice meals every then and again.

I’d love any tips and tricks from any fellow vegans as how to shed some lbs and toning up!
