I haven't been on keto in a month or so. A lot of peer pressure and a number of other things just threw me off.

Dont know if I'm going back on, but I know with not eating gluten I can stop this irritating rash on my hands that wasn't there before. Most processed foods are a no no as well.

We will see. just glad I've basically maintained what I've lost.
81.4 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there things can be tuff, I ate a chocolate chip cookie today, and Flour is really not my friend, stomach been gurgling all day . !!!
