Just started day 1 of extreme fat smash. It was a little bit of a tough day. I am not too hungry, but the little bit that I am I think is in my head. I was very successful doing this diet before, so I am going to use it as a jumping off point.... we will see how this goes!

How does Extreme Fat Smash differ from regular Fat Smash (I am in my 3rd week and doing great on the regular one)? I've lost over 10 pounds in the detox phase. Just curious what the 'extreme' aspect is. Thanks and good luck!

Oh, you know I am not too sure.... I have not done the fat smash one. I think the extreme is more strict. A friend got me going on this and I find it easy to follow.

glad to see you are progressing, which I could say the same for myself. Almost makes me want to go back on the diet, but my trainer says NO! and that is that. I must get a handle on this eating properly, I have been eating well the past 5 days (give or take a moment) and still i gain. Ugh :(
