Had my head on straight....then vacation hit! I am really struggling getting my mind back to where it needs to be. Of all the diets I have tried in the past, I have had the most success counting my calories. But, now several of my co-workers are starting the Keto diet and I don't know whether it would be easier for me to join in or continue on my own path. I am just not one for meal prep. I work full-time and don't want to spend all day Sunday prepping meals for the next week. I have ordered a book to try and read up on it...but just don't know if it will be good for someone like me who isn't a planner. I need some direction and inspiration...prayers are needed that I find my way and quickly...because I am really tired of being tired and run down and unhappy with my weight and appearance!!!
