I'm at a stand still. Can't seem to get back on track. What have you other Weight Watchers done at this point? All suggestions welcome.

I just started WW last week, and it isnt too bad...You can do it!!! Stay positive and watch....you'll either start losing weight or inches.

When this happens to me (it happens to everyone) I re-evaluate what I have been doing and keep it real. My aim every day is to pay attention, feel positive energy and to stay determined to keep my new lifestyle (like your name says DETERMINED)! Stay surrounding with like minded people. I read their journals to inspire me so to have fun with this journey! Hook up with my buddy named Ky8k or something like that. She has lost a lot of weight and has a lot of great tips and inspirational photo's etc. Remember it is easier to give up and slip back into old habits and it is so worth fighting for a new lifestyle. You are so worth it. TOWANDA!!!
