cslulabell's Journal, 26 Jul 12

Since I stand and walk all day at work, I've been wearing 2.5lbs weights on each ankle for a couple of weeks. Instead of bending over to get something I squat. Small things count.

I've also finally(!!!) began some kind of exercise. I walk around the block with the weights. Uphill one way, downhill the other. I just wish it wasn't so hot.

I noticed I've been gaining 2 to 5lbs in weight throughout the day. It has to be water retention. I've no idea what to do for this.

It sounds like the opposite thing you need to do, but I find to reduce water retention - DRINK LOTS OF WATER...
