Weighed in this morning and 5lbs gone. That makes 52 lbs since the 24th of Feb. I am a happy camper!! I can now see the difference in my face (although most is hidden behind a scruffy beard) and my arms are skinnier. I would rather all the fat came off my stomache but that is going away as well. This next week should be even better.

CONGRATULATIONS. I AM FEELING IT IN MY SLACKS, BUT I AM NOT READY TO GO DOWN A SIZE, I FEEL KIND OF GOOD WITH THOSE PANTS HANGING OFF ME AND THE BAGGY T-SHIRT. I WILL GIVE IT ANOTHER COUPLE OF WEEKS, THEN PUT ON THE NEXT SIZE DOWN, BY THEN, MAYBE THEY WILL BE A LITTLE LOOSE. I HAVE BEEN ON THIS ROLLER COASTER BEFORE AND ALREADY HAVE THE NEXT SIZE DOWN. AM THINKING THIS TIME I SHOULD GIVE THE BIGGER SIZES AWAY AS I MOVE DOWN, WHAT DO YOU THINK? IS THIS A GOOD IDEA OR NOT? I WOULD ALSO LOVE TO HAVE THE WEIGHT COME OFF MY TUMMY, MY TUMMY IS PRETTY HARD TO HIDE. I BELIEVE THE KEY TO THAT THOUGH IS EXERCISE, I AM NOT THERE YET.
