My hormones will make me feel “off” every few weeks. I’ve come to expect it...the weight loss stalls, cravings, general irritability etc. it is really frustrating. I have learned to buckle up and hold on for the ride! It will end and I’ll get back to feeling normal (just to cycle through it again in a couple of weeks 🙄) try to stick to your plan and not derail yourself as much as possible. Each hour of each day we can decide to eat well and even add a bit of exercise. Push through! You can do it! You’ll thank yourself for not giving up once you’re feeling better. Good luck!
