I have been feeling so off this past week! 😒 I'm not really recording my food intake, not that I'm making horrible choices but still not great either especially since I stopped pop in January & I've been taking sips from my husband's pop...stopped working out since I got this new puppy ugh maybe it's stress! 😑 not looking forward to my weigh in on Friday.... what does everyone else do when they feel off?

My hormones will make me feel “off” every few weeks. I’ve come to expect it...the weight loss stalls, cravings, general irritability etc. it is really frustrating. I have learned to buckle up and hold on for the ride! It will end and I’ll get back to feeling normal (just to cycle through it again in a couple of weeks 🙄) try to stick to your plan and not derail yourself as much as possible. Each hour of each day we can decide to eat well and even add a bit of exercise. Push through! You can do it! You’ll thank yourself for not giving up once you’re feeling better. Good luck!

Thank you, I needed to hear that I'm not the only one feeling this way! 😊 it gets hard when your the only one at home changing your life style to be healthier. 😫

I agree! No one else at my house is eating this way and it does make it difficult. But you will feel so good as you lose and you’ll be so proud of yourself. I promise! Don’t give up. It’s been 4 months for me and I feel 100% better about myself than I did 4 months ago.
