So I’ve made a big mistake in my weight loss.. when I was dieting I did not consider the calories I burn from exercise, so even though I thought I was eating around 1500 or 1350 calories a day it was most likely between 800-100 for the whole duration of my weight loss.. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’ve recalibrated my ideals and now I’m just trying to maintain. My goal is to eat 2500 calories a day and for today is 2650 because I also had a little activity in gym class. Anyway, my blood results revealed I had a blood platelet count of a little below the average (132,000 or something compared to the Normal 150,000) do you guys believe eating more will bring this back up? My doctor believes so I was just looking for the community’s take

Platelets deal with clotting correct? LOL Gosh, pull out high school biology! Livestrong suggests dark leafy greens like kale and increasing your calcium intake with chrese, plain yogurt and lowfat milk, also almonds, bt

Broccoli and dried figs. You might google increasing your platelets. And see what you can find out. 🙋🏻
