- Hacher le poulet et le foie.
- Mélanger le tout puis mettre dans un moule à cake.
- Cuire au bain marie au four avec une feuille d'aluminium sur le dessus.
- Cuisson 45 à 190-220 degrés selon le four.
- Puis laisser refroidir et au frigo.
