Terrine Poulet et Foie au Madère

Directions

  1. Hacher le poulet et le foie.
  2. Mélanger le tout puis mettre dans un moule à cake.
  3. Cuire au bain marie au four avec une feuille d'aluminium sur le dessus.
  4. Cuisson 45 à 190-220 degrés selon le four.
  5. Puis laisser refroidir et au frigo.
