Pasta met rode tomatensaus en gehakt.

Directions

  1. Eerst ui en knoflook fruiten.
  2. Tomaten en tomatenpuree toevoegen, 15 zacht laten koken.
  3. Gehakt toevoegen en gaar laten worden.
  4. Groentemix toevoegen.
  5. Nog 15 minuten op laag vuur laten pruttelen.

Inderdaad mist er nogal wat als je alleen kijkt naar het gehakt onbereid is dit al 990 kcal. en bereid 1428 kcal. dus 141 kcal. per portie zal nooit lukken en inderdaad is er geen pasta meegerekend.

Als je nu eerst het gehakt rult? Dan pas de ui en knoflook. Dan heb je toch geen olie nodig?
