Tartare de Saumon

Tartare de saumon et de concombre très light.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Découpez le concombre en petits dés et mettre dans une passoire pour dégorger les concombres (environ 20 minutes).
  2. Découpez le saumon en dés, et mélangez avec le concombre dans un saladier avec le jus du demi citron pressé et le reste des ingrédients.
  3. Assaisonnez (sel, poivre, ciboulette) et laissez reposer au frais 30 min. Dégustez.
