Directions

  1. Dans un grand bol battre les oeufs et le sucre. Mélanger les autres ingrédients secs. Ajouter aux oeufs en alternant avec le lait. Ajoutez la vanille et Bien mélanger.
  2. Laisser reposer au réfrigérateur 1 heure; ajouter un peu de lait si la préparation est trop épaisse.
  3. Chauffer une crêpière de 25 cm; fondre un peu de margarine et déposer environ 1/2 tasse de préparation; laisser cuire quelques minutes et retourner la crêpe. Cuire quelques secondes de plus. donne environ 15 crêpes.
