Quick and basic banana bread that is sure to put a smile on your dial.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mash bananas with maple syrup and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix all together and place in oiled bread pan.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for one hour.
- Turn out and allow to cool.

Reviews
I added 1/2 cup of apple sauce, doubled the syrup (used sugar free). I also added cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and used whole wheat flour. Perfect! Oh and I baked mine like muffins for 25 min.

I suggest double the maple syrup and only bake for 40 minutes...great!

Kind of dry. Maybe reducing the cooking time would help.

This Recipe was my first attempt to make bannana bread and shared with the office...apparently it was a hit. I would reduce the cooking time by a few min so I could keep a better watch on it. I"m curious to try other recipes on this site =)

reduce to one banana and use sugar free syrup and cals get to 125 and its still yummy
