Bolo feito com batata doce, banana, aveia, amêndoas e whey isolado.

  1. Deixar as amêndoas de molho em água de um dia pro outro, dispensar a água do molho e colocar no liquidificador com os demais ingredientes. Bater tudo no liquidificador até obter uma mistura homogênea. Adicionar 1 colher de chá cheia de fermento em pó químico com 2 colheres de sopa de água morna, misturar com uma colher. Colocar a massa em forminhas e assar por aproximadamente 25min a 200ºC.
