Mingau de Aveia Maromba

Excelente valor nutricional, ótimo pra regular o intestino e aumentar ingestão de fibras.

Directions

  1. Após ter todos os ingredientes em mãos, bote o farelo de aveia numa panela com uns 200~300ml de água (depende se você gosta mais firme ou não).
  2. Coloque no fogo e mexa. Acrescente o cacau em pó nesse processo e continue mexendo.
  3. Vai começar a ficar mais consistente, tipo uma goma. A partir da hora que começar a ferver, mexa por mais uns 10~20 segundos e apague.
  4. Acrescente o adoçante, a canela e o Whey Protein (Pode ser qualquer sabor) e está pronto seu doce maromba.
  5. Pode acrescentar uva-passa, castanhas, côco ralado, linhaça, Chia... Enfim, modele a receita da forma que desejar e vire monstro.
