Empadão de Frango com Requeijão

Empadão de frango com requeijão de massa podre.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pique meio tablete de manteiga a temperatura ambiente. Adicione as gemas, sal, o açúcar e a farinha. Amasse até ficar homogêneo. Coloque a massa em uma forma de desenformar (usada forma de 18cm, redonda), apertando com as mãos para formar a crosta da torta.
  2. Refogue as coxas e sobrecoxas no azeite de oliva, temperando com sal, pimenta e orégano. Desfie a carne depois de pronta e junte na mesma panela do cozimento do frango a carne desfiada, o molho de tomate, o requeijão e as azeitonas picadas. Deixe ferver.
  3. Coloque o recheio na crosta da torta já montada. Adicione o creme de leite por cima e então as fatias de mussarela picadas. Deixe no forno por 40 minutos ou até que a crosta e o queijo estejam dourados.
