Bolo de Cenoura

Bolo de cenoura feito com farinha de aveia sem farinha de trigo e gordura.

Directions

  1. No liquidificador, bata bem os ovos com a cenoura ralada e o aroma de laranja, até ficar bem homogêneo. Em seguida, acrescente o farelo de aveia, o leite em pó desnatado e o adoçante. Por último, acrescente o fermento. Coloque a massa em uma forma de silicone ou antiaderente e leve ao forno a 210 graus por aproximadamente 20 minutos.
