sounds good. also sounds like it might be a refreshing desert if you get Popsicle makers. I bet my 2 year old would love this! I'm going to make this recipe this weekend!

I've been drinking watermelon juice for years! I love it!
I do the same thing, blend the watermelon, but add a bit of water and splenda to lighten the calories and carbs. About one-half as much water as the juice and a packet or two of sweetener and then blend with ice.

also, if you add protien powder it will up the protien level. it will add some calories, but its cool because you are adding extreme amounts of protien =]
