Smoothie Légume

Un jus de légume idéal pour le petit déjeuner, à utiliser comme boisson ou meme en en-cas.

Directions

  1. Laver le concombre, éplucher les kiwis et retirer la peau de la demi banane.
  2. Découper le tout en petits morceaux.
  3. Mettre le tout dans un blender, et mixer le tout avec 1/2 verre d'eau.
  4. Si vous avez une centrifugeuse, passez tous les ingrédients dans l’appareil les un après les autres.
  5. Et c'est prêt.
