Zucchini-Pfannkuchen

Directions

  1. Reiben Sie die Zucchini und drücken Sie anschließend das Wasser mit den Händen aus.
  2. Verrühre die geschlagenen Eier, Zucchini, geriebenen Käse und alle anderen Zutaten. 10 Minuten einwirken lassen.
  3. Mit einem sauberen Löffel 12 Pfannkuchen auf dem Backblech formen.
  4. Im Backofen bei 200°C Ober-/Unterhitze 30 Minuten goldbraun backen.
