A quick and easy salsa that can be used to flavour meals without excess sodium, fat or sugar.

- Chop up everything chunky and mix in a large pot.
- Crush the garlic in the pot, heat on a medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Note: this can be frozen for later use. You can also add green and red capsicum to the mix for some extra sweetness.

As I don't like it too spicy, I'd put in capsicum instead of jalapenos.
