Bolo Integral de Baunilha

Substituição ao bolo tradicional de farinha de trigo branca.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. No liquidificador ou batedeira acrescente: ovos, margarina, açúcar, essência de baunilha, canela em pó. Bata por 2 minutos. Unte uma forma com margarina e farinha de trigo, e reserve.
  2. Acrescente o leite, e aos poucos, a farinha de trigo, bata por dois minutos, vá acrescentando farinha até que a massa fique um pouco pesada. Desligue o liquidificador e acrescente o fermento, misture (com uma colher). Despeje a massa na forma untada.
  3. Leve ao forno pré aquecido em 180° por cerca de 35 minutos, retire do forno e espere esfriar. Desenforme e sirva.
