Directions
- Möhre und Zucchini waschen und in eine Schüssel grob reiben.
- Fügen Sie die Eier und den geriebenen Gouda hinzu.
- Alles vermischen und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
- In einer Pfanne anbraten, nach ca. 5 Minuten wenden und erneut goldbraun braten.
