Оладья с имбирем из цельнозерновой муки.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. В глубокой миске смешать муку, разрыхлитель, соль. Перемешать. Добавить сахар-перемешать.
  2. В муковой смеси сделать углубление и добавить: взбитое яйцо, молоко, имбирь, растопленное сливочное масло (комнатной температуры).
  3. Все перемешать и дать постоять 5 минут. Выпекать оладья на раскаленной сковороде, с каждой стороны по 1-2 мин.
