Ingredients
Directions
- Drain black beans and puree in a blender or food processor.
- Mix water, dry brownie mix and beans together.
- Bake as directed.

These are a great, quick way to get my choc. fix and some protein and fiber to boot. I use to worry about the carbs of the beans, but many of those pass out of your body with the indigestible fiber. Note, I'm only talking about the carbs in the beans and not the mix itself! I mean lets face it folks, brownies, no matter how they are made, are an occasional splurge and not for every day.

not much of a recipe if the main ingredient is a non specified type of shop bought mix, real ingredients would be much better!

I love these brownies. When I make them I don't tell people that there are beans in them until after they say how much they love them too!

I loved these and so did my kids and my massage therapist! She couldn't believe it was made with black beans and water and requested the recipe immediately! Great recipe!
