Creme de Couve-Flor e Champignon

Directions
- Derreter a manteiga na panela e em seguida acrescentar a farinha de aveia. Mexer um pouco.
- Acrescentar 2 copos e meio de agua e depois o couve flor cortado, cebola picada e champignons fatiados. Cozinhar ate o champignon ficar ao dente (aproximadamente 20 min).
- Separe o champignon da sopa. Bata a sopa no liquidificador ate adquirir uma textura de creme.
- Volte o creme para a panela e acrescente novamente o champignon. Coloque a cebolinha e o coentro picados. Ajuste o sabor com a sal e pimenta. Eu tambem utilizei um pacotinho de tempero pronto para salada da Sazom. Espere ferver.
