  1. Despetalar o repolho e colocar as folhas inteiras pra cozinhar em água e sal.
  2. Amassar as sardinhas com um garfo e não esquecer de retirar a espinha, em seguida aqueça o azeite numa frigideira e acrescente a cebola, os tomates, o pimentão, a cenoura e a vagem até que fiquem aquecidos.
  3. Em seguida, escorra as folhas do repolho e recheie com o refogado de sardinha, faça tortinhas e sirva com molho se desejar.
