Directions

  1. Éplucher les carottes et le chou blanc, les rincer et les râper.
  2. Nettoyer et couper les tomates au couteau.
  3. Préparer la sauce avec le jus de 1/2 citron, sel, poivre, et l'huile.
  4. Assaisonner les légumes avec la sauce, mélanger et les laisser s'imprégner de sauce.
