Champiñones al Vapor

Champiñones al vapor con lechuga y espinaca.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Se pican los champiñones en cubos o rebanadas, la lechuga y la espinaca se cortan en julianas no muy delgadas.
  2. En una sartén de teflón con tapa, se colocan todas las verduras picadas y se tapa para dejarse cocer al vapor de 15 a 20 min.
  3. Servir caliente, se puede acompañar con limón, sal y salsa o chile en polvo.
