Peachy Chicken Salad
A healthy and simple salad to make, even for non-cookers.
Ingredients
Directions
- Wash and coarsely chop 2 medium peaches.
- Combine all ingredients except the spring mix, chicken and peaches into a bowl. Blend well.
- Divide the spring mix salad greens among 4 plates.
- Top each with 1/4 of the chicken and peaches.
