- Picar cebolla y freírla en una cuchara de aceite. Cuando esté blanda añadir salsa de tomate y una cuchara de orégano y freír otros dos tres minutos.
- Expandir la mezcla en un fondo de horno muy pequeño.
- Verdura se corta en láminas y rodajas muy finas y se va alternando poniendo una lamina de cada cosa encima de salsa de tomate hasta gastar toda la verdura. Echar un chorro de aceite por encima. Sazone con sal y pimienta según su preferencia.
- Cocinar al horno a 220°C unos 25 minutos.
- Servir con carne o queso blanco (opcional).
