Pollo con Guisantes

Directions

  1. Dejar pollo en agua tibia con una cuchara de sal, 15 minutos. Lavar, meter en una bolsa de plástico y aplanar - a unos 1.5 cm.
  2. Mezclar pimienton, sal, pimienta negra y ajo molido y untar pollo con la mezcla.
  3. Poner en el horno a 220°C, con una cuchara pequeña de aceite de oliva, cocinar 20minutos.
  4. En otra sartén freír cebolla en una cucharilla pequeña de aceite de oliva, cuando esté transporte añadir una cuchara de eneldo fresco o seco y sal. Remover. Añadir guisantes y freír otros 4-5 minutos.
  5. Servir junto.
