Плов из индейки и киноа.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Нарезать филе индейки, обжарить в казане в двух столовых ложках оливкового масла. Добавить зиру и кориандр (лучше молотый).
  2. Добавить нарезанную соломкой морковь (1,5 большие морковины), рубленную зелень (петрушка и укроп), порезанный помидор.
  3. Добавляем киноа, несколько головок чеснока, заливаем водой (чтоб слегка закрывала крупу). Доводим до бурного кипения на большом огне с открытой крышкой, затем уменьшаем огонь, закрываем крышкой, тушим 25 минут. Потом перемешиваем и подаем.
