Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables

Marinated grilled vegetables on the grill.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash mushrooms, peel and slice zucchini and eggplant into long strips.
  2. Marinate at least 2 hours in the low fat Italian dressing.
  3. Grill on charcoal or gas grill until brown.
  4. Note: mushrooms should be placed on skewers for ease of grilling.
