Músculo para dar um gostinho e muitos legumes.

Directions

  1. Refogar a cebola, depois a carne. Temperar com sal, alho.
  2. Acrescer água e colocar sob pressão por 15 min.
  3. Abrir e colocar os legumes mais duros, por último a acelga.
  4. Temperar com alguma mistura de ervas mais picante, da sua preferencia.
