Directions
- Spinat waschen und abtropfen lassen. Zitrone waschen, halbieren und auspressen. Acocado halbieren und Fruchtfleisch von der Schale trennen.
- Banane schälen und grob hacken. Dann die Banane und die Avocado in den Mixer geben.
- Sehr fein pürieren und nach und nach Spinat, Zitronensaft und Kokosmilch hinzugeben.
