Directions
- Picar la cebolla y el pimiento, rallar la zanahoria y agregarlas a la carne.
- Incorporar 1 huevo, pan rallado, sal, pimienta, oregano, aji molido y pimienta.
- Amasar bien hasta homogeneizar bien la preparación y separar en porciones, formar las hamburguesas aplastando las porciones con las manos o con un molde.
- Cocinar en horno o a la plancha.
