Moelleux Amande et Clémentines

Gâteau délicieusement aromatique.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mélanger ensemble l’œuf et la compote. Ajouter la farine, maïzena et poudre d’amande. Ajouter ensuite la levure et le vinaigre de cidre.
  2. Couper une clémentine et presser le jus. Ajouter de fleur d’oranger, sirop d'agave et de la cannelle.
  3. Verser dans le moule et ajouter des zestes de clémentine.
  4. Enfourner 20 minutes à 180°C.
