Directions
- Mezclar todos los ingredientes menos las claras. Echar un poco de ralladura de limón o naranja y una cucharadita de aroma de limón u otra.
- Montar las claras y añadir a la mezcla anterior. Así el bizcocho quedará esponjoso.
- Hornear 160º unos 15 min. Dependiendo del molde y de si le ponemos ventilador al horno.
