Gemüse Auflauf

Auflauf mit Gemüse und Nudeln.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Gemüse säubern und klein hacken, ebenfalls den Knoblauch. Broccoli kochen, restl. Gemüse in der Pfanne anbraten, ebenso den Knoblauch.
  2. Nudeln währenddessen kochen. Broccoli gratin sauce zubereiten. Wenn alles gar ist, miteinander in eine Auflaufform geben. Eine Handvoll Mozzarella darüber geben.
  3. Anschließend bei 200°C, Umluft im Backofen überbacken.
