Muffins Integrales
Muffins de harina de trigo y plátano. Con pasas en el interior y adornados con trocitos de nuez.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mezclar todos los ingredientes (Menos las nueces) en un tazón hasta obtener una masa homogénea. si gustan le pueden poner una pizca de anís.
- Con aceite en aerosol rociar los moldes para muffins. Rellenar los moldecitos hasta la mitad para que no se vayan a derramar en el horno. Adornar con la nuez picada.
- Precalentar el horno a 180° y hornear por 20 minutos o hasta que al meter un palillo éste salga perfectamente limpio. Desmoldar inmediatamente después de retirar en del horno y poner a enfriar en una parrilla. Y solo resta disfrutar de estos ricos panecillos.
