- Banane pürieren und Apfelkompott hinzufügen.
- Mehl, Backpulver und Zimt nach Geschmack hinzugeben. Mischen, bis es glatt ist.
- Gehackte Walnüsse, Schokolade und Haferflocken unterheben. Gießen Sie die Mischung in eine Kastenform.
