Bananen-Hafer-Brot

Gesundes, weiches und herrlich leckeres Brot mit Apfelkompott.

Directions

  1. Banane pürieren und Apfelkompott hinzufügen.
  2. Mehl, Backpulver und Zimt nach Geschmack hinzugeben. Mischen, bis es glatt ist.
  3. Gehackte Walnüsse, Schokolade und Haferflocken unterheben. Gießen Sie die Mischung in eine Kastenform.
  4. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 45 Minuten backen. Testen Sie es mit einem Essstäbchen. Wenn es sauber herauskommt, ist es fertig.
  5. Vor dem Anschneiden vollständig abkühlen lassen.
