Perfectas para un piscolabis a media mañana o media tarde.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Precalentar el horno a 60°.
  2. Moler las semillas en una picadora hasta que se transforme en harina.
  3. Incorporar la cebolla en polvo y la sal.
  4. Añadir el agua y dar vueltas hasta conseguir una masa homogénea.
  5. Dejarla reposar 10 min y después estirarla con un rodillo (entre dos papeles de horno para que no se pegue).
  6. Cortar a cuadraditos o con la forma deseada.
  7. Hornear a 60°c durante 3 horas.
