Falafel de Garbanzos

Falafel sencillo pero sabroso e irresistible.

Directions

  1. Lavar y remojar los garbanzos crudos durante la noche.
  2. Colar el agua y enjuagar bien los garbanzos.
  3. Procese todos los ingredientes en un procesador de alimentos. Coloque la mezcla en un recipiente y guárdela en el refrigerador por más de 30 minutos.
  4. Dale forma al falafel. Hornee en el horno a fuego medio durante 20 minutos.
  5. Sirve con salsa de perejil y yogur.
