- Pegue o vidro de palmito, pique alguns pedacinhos e reserve. O restante do palmito, pique também e coloque no liquidificador com a própria água da conserva (ou troque se você não gostar do gostinho salgado da conserva). Bata no liquidificador até formar um creminho.
- Em uma xícara de água, dissolva o tablete de caldo de legumes e coloque no fogo baixo junto com o leite, a margarina e o amido de milho. Deixe ferver até engrossar um pouco, misture o palmito batido (se achar necessário, coloque uma pitada de sal) e deixe engrossar um pouco, mexendo sempre.
- Para servir, coloque o palmito picadinho que estava reservado. Pode ser servido em sopeira ou no pão italiano.
