Pumpkin Pie

Easy, homemade and super-tasty. Just in time for Fall.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
  2. Mix sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in large bowl.
  4. Combine eggs, pumpkin and spice mixture in large bowl.
  5. Slowly mix in milk.
  6. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  7. Bake at 425 °F (220 °C) for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to 350 °F (175 °C) and bake for a further 50 minutes.
