Directions

  1. Смешать муку хлопья, сахар, яйцо и белки, добавить кефир до консистенции блинного теста. Дать немного постоять, чтобы хлопья набухли.
  2. Добавить разрыхлитель и, по желанию, корицу (ваниль, какао).
  3. Выложить порезанные яблоки в форму, залить получившейся смесью. Выпекать минут 30.
