Huevos Ahogados con Nopales

Directions

  1. Licúa los jitomates con el ajo y la cebolla en cuatro tazas de agua. Coloca la preparación anterior en una sartén.
  2. Vierte los huevos para que se cuezan en el caldo de jitomate. Agrega el consomé en polvo. Añade los nopales cocidos cuando el caldo comience a hervir.

Súper fácil de hacer, muy rápida y riquísima!! como sugerencia, en vez de cocer los nopales en agua, ásalos en un sartén ya que se cocen más rápido y sin baba.
