Hutspot met Pompoen en Paddestoelen
Heerlijk vegetarisch hoofd- of bijgerecht.
Ingredients
Directions
- Snijd de pompoen met schil en al (zonder pitten) in blokjes. Kook samen met de hutspot groenten (wortel en ui in reepjes)en een groentebouillon blokje in ongeveer 15-20 minuten gaar.
- Snijd ondertussen de paddenstoelen in grove stukken en bak deze in de olie met zout en versgemalen gemengde peper gaar.
- Giet de groenten af en stamp deze tot een stamppot. Serveer met de gebakken paddenstoelen.
