Hutspot met Pompoen en Paddestoelen

Heerlijk vegetarisch hoofd- of bijgerecht.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Snijd de pompoen met schil en al (zonder pitten) in blokjes. Kook samen met de hutspot groenten (wortel en ui in reepjes)en een groentebouillon blokje in ongeveer 15-20 minuten gaar.
  2. Snijd ondertussen de paddenstoelen in grove stukken en bak deze in de olie met zout en versgemalen gemengde peper gaar.
  3. Giet de groenten af en stamp deze tot een stamppot. Serveer met de gebakken paddenstoelen.
